Consultation

Because we are so interested in making your project all about you, we take time to get to know you. During the consultation, we will go over your project- everything from the concept, colors, budget, and target deadline. We make an intentional effort to make your project all about you, which is why we really enjoy getting to know you. This generally takes place over a nice cup of coffee. Once the consultation has taken place, we will provide you with a quote for your project.
Design Process

Once the quote has been approved and the deposit has been made, we will begin working on your design based on the items we discussed during the consultation. This phase generally moves pretty quickly but will need your feedback once proofs have been sent. The design phase has two rounds of revisions factored into each quote. Any additional revisions will incur a small fee, which will be added to the final balance.
Printing

Each project is custom, so you will have the option for which printing method you would like. Different methods are more expensive than others, so we will work closely with you to ensure your project stays within your budget. Once your proofs have been approved and you give us permission to print, we will do just that. If there is any assembly required to piece together your invitations or stationery, we do offer you the option to keep your cost down and do it yourself.
Fulfillment

Once your project is printed and all of your paper items arrive to our studio, we will let you know so that we can arrange either pickup or delivery. Should your project require shipment, we can easily factor that into your quote ahead of time or we can add that to the final balance, which is due prior to shipping or at the time of delivery.
